No exceptions for promotions
Seasonal events, holiday pricing, and site-wide sales do not override your policy. If a promotion would breach it, we do not run it.
Minimum advertised price is the first thing a brand worries about with a new buyer, and rightly so. This page states exactly what we do, what we will not do, and what happens when someone else breaks your policy.
We hold your published minimum advertised price in every channel we sell through, on every listing, at all times.
Seasonal events, holiday pricing, and site-wide sales do not override your policy. If a promotion would breach it, we do not run it.
If a line does not move, we hold the price and stop reordering. We do not discount our way out of a buying mistake at your brand's expense.
We do not use a clearance label as a way to exit the policy. If we need to exit a line, we will talk to you about it first.
This is where most resellers quietly stop honouring a policy, so we want to be explicit about it.
If a competing seller lists your product below your published MAP, we do not match them down. We hold your price and accept the lower share of sales that results.
We will tell you it is happening — the listing, the price we observed, and when — so you can enforce your policy against the seller who broke it. What we will not do is treat someone else's violation as permission for a second one.
A price floor that only holds while it is convenient is not a price floor. Holding it costs us volume in the short term. We would rather lose the sale than be the reason your pricing erodes.
Most MAP erosion is technical rather than obvious. We do not use any of these to get under your floor:
We are a small operation, so this is a deliberately simple process that actually gets done.
Every active listing we operate is checked against your current published MAP once a week, and the check is logged.
Any time we change a price, or you send us a revised price list, we re-check before the change goes live.
Where any automated repricing is used, the floor is set to your MAP in the tool itself. It cannot price below it.
If we ever get it wrong, we correct it the same business day and tell you what caused it rather than waiting to be asked.
Email [PARTNERS_EMAIL] with the listing and the price you saw. If it is ours and it is wrong, we will correct it the same business day and tell you what caused it.
We would rather hear about it from you than have you quietly decide we are not worth the risk.
If your policy has terms stricter than what is described here, send it over. We will sign yours rather than ask you to accept ours.
