Brand & supplier inquiries welcome
For brands & suppliers

A wholesale account that is easy to approve and easy to keep.

You are being asked to trust a buyer with your pricing and your reputation. This page exists so you can make that decision quickly — here is who we are, what we commit to, what documentation we provide, and how to open an account.

Fit

What we look for in a brand partner

We are not trying to carry everything. We are looking for lines we can represent properly and reorder consistently, which usually means a few specific things.

  • A defined wholesale price list and, ideally, a published MAP policy
  • Consumer products in durable, repeatable categories
  • Stock availability that supports steady reordering
  • Product assets we are permitted to use — images, specs, and copy
  • A clear channel policy, including any accounts or territories you protect

Categories we work in

Generalist by design — we care more about how a line is run than which shelf it sits on.

  • Home & housewares
  • Health & wellness
  • Beauty & personal care
  • Sports & outdoor
  • Tools & hardware
  • Pet supplies
  • Baby & juvenile
  • Office & stationery
Our standards

What you can expect from us

These are not aspirations. We put each of them in writing as part of onboarding, and we expect to be held to them.

MAP adherence

We hold your published minimum advertised price in every channel we operate in, including during promotional periods.

No unauthorized channels

Your product goes only where we have agreed it goes. We do not re-wholesale to unvetted buyers or brokers.

We protect your retailers

We will not undercut your existing authorized dealers to win a sale. A race to the bottom damages the line we just bought.

Brand-approved content only

Imagery, specifications, and claims come from your assets. Nothing gets published that you would not recognize.

Prompt payment

We pay on the terms we agree to. If we ever cannot, you will hear it from us before the invoice is due, not after.

One responsive contact

A named person who answers the same business day. No ticket queues and no bouncing between departments.

Onboarding

Four steps to an opening order

Typical timeline from first contact to first shipment is one to two weeks.

  1. Submit the application

Use the form below or email us directly. Include your line sheet and channel policy if you have them ready.

  2. Introductory call

A short conversation about the line, your pricing structure, and any accounts or territories you protect.

  3. Paperwork & terms

We complete your dealer application and return our W-9, resale certificate, insurance certificate, and references.

  4. Opening purchase order

We place a first order sized to the category, receive it, and prepare accurate product listings before it goes live.

Documentation

Everything your credit and compliance team will ask for

We provide the full packet with the application rather than making you request items one at a time. If your process needs something not on this list, ask and we will send it.

  • Form W-9 — current, signed, and dated
  • Resale / seller's permit certificate for the states you require
  • Certificate of insurance naming your company where requested
  • Completed credit application in your format
  • Trade and bank references on request
  • Signed dealer or channel agreement returned promptly
  • Business registration details including entity type and state
